Our Vermouth bar represents the perfect place for a relaxing aperitif.

The name is a tribute to Vermouth and to Piedmont, where this wine was created during XVIII century.

Cocktails, prepared by our young and talented bartender Niccolò Malfatti, are colorful and surprising, combined with irresistible canapè.

Enjoy our cocktails before lunch or dinner in our restaurant or just while having a chat with friends.

Our spaces can also be reserved for appetizers and private buffet.
