The most popular bubble on our wine list is the Franciacorta Saten from the young winery Quadra Franciacorta.
The Sommelier recommends it as wine of the month and in combination with one of the appetizers on our à la carte menu: seafood plateau royal and cauliflower.
On February 14th, treat yourself to a romantic gourmet dinner at I Due Buoi.

Ghemme DOCG 2014 of the winery Torraccia del Piantavigna.
A wine that goes perfectly with meat dishes and hard cheeses.

On Monday 14 October the Espresso 2020 Guide was presented in Florence. It is the guide that every year anticipates the Michelin Guide and tells the Restaurants world in continuous evolution.
The new edition dedicated to I Ristoranti e i Vini d’Italia (Restaurants and Wines of Italy) awarded I Due Buoi with the score of “1 hat”, a prestigious result of which we are proud and which pushes us to commit ourselves more and more to continue to surprise our guests.
On the occasion of the Capodanno Alessandrino, I Due Buoi will be present in via San Lorenzo 36 in Alessandria with the proposal of an appetizing street food.
For those who want to dine at our historic restaurant, we will still be open with our bistro menu.
For all the other evenings, we invite you to try our gourmet menu, remembering that we are closed on Sundays.

The Restaurant I Due Buoi do not go on vacation.
We inform our Customers that from July 29th to August 25th the restaurant will remain open with the Bistrot Menu for both lunch and dinner at the following times: Monday to Friday from 12.30 to 14.30 and from 20.00 to 22.30; Saturday from 20.00 to 22.30; Sunday closed.
We are waiting for you on August 26th with the Gourmet proposal.
