New appointment with Stelle sotto le Stelle on May 3rd at I Due Buoi in Alessandria.
Special guest Ivano Ricchebono, Chef of The Cook al Cavo, the only starred restaurant in Genoa.
Protagonist since 2010 of La Prova del Cuoco, first with Antonella Clerici and today with Elisa Isoardi, Ricchebono loves innovation without losing its Ligurian roots.
In a four-handed dinner with Jumpei Kuroda, Chef of I Due Buoi, he will bring the flavors of the sea to Alessandria.
